About Our Founder
My Name's Ash Pearce, former yacht chef, crew member, and director of CHOPI. I know the pressure & I know the standard. At CHOPI we draw on our global network of chefs to deliver professional solutions
whatever the challenge.
What Matters
2018-2025
8+ Years On Board
Hands-on experience across yachts from 25m to 90m+, both private and charter. I've worked in the galley and on deck, so I understand the full operational picture- and how critical it is to get the right people in the right roles.
Global Provisioning & Logistics
From the Med to the Caribbean, I’ve handled provisioning at every level-dealing directly with local markets, luxury suppliers, and last-minute challenges. I know how to source what’s needed and how to support chefs and crews wherever they are.
Deep Industry Network
Years on yachts means years building relationships- with chefs, captains, provisioners, suppliers, and management companies. I keep close ties with the people who get things done, and I use that network to move fast when it counts.
